Zippori · Galilee
The Galilee region holds some of the most ancient agricultural land in the world. Our vineyards spread across the rolling hills of Zippori – a site where archaeologists have uncovered the stunning Mona Lisa of the Galilee mosaic and traces of life going back to the Bronze Age. We grow here not just grapes, but history.
The Mediterranean climate, the limestone-rich terra rossa soil, and the elevation of the Galilean hills combine to create conditions uniquely suited to producing wines of exceptional depth and character. Cool nights preserve acidity; warm days develop complexity.
We follow sustainable, traditional viticulture. Low yields, hand-harvested clusters, natural fermentation. Our winemaking philosophy is simple: do not interfere with what God has already made beautiful.
A Christian Family
We are a Christian Arab family from the Holy Land – descendants of the first followers of Christ, whose ancestors were baptized in the waters of the Jordan and walked the same paths that Jesus walked. Our faith is not a brand; it is the foundation of everything we do.
For generations, our family has farmed the land, pressed the grapes, and shared our table with pilgrims, neighbors, and strangers alike. The ancient hospitality of this land – the culture of bread, wine, and welcome – lives in every bottle we produce.

Cana of Galilee was founded with a single conviction: that wine from the Holy Land carries a spiritual dimension no other wine can claim. We produce it with reverence, share it with generosity, and dedicate a portion of every sale to supporting the Christian communities of the Holy Land.
Every vine is tended with prayer. Every harvest is an act of gratitude. We do not separate our faith from our work - they are the same thing.
Four generations of our family have worked this land. The knowledge of our soil, our climate, and our craft passes from parent to child like a sacred inheritance.
We are among the last Christian winemakers in the Holy Land. By choosing our wine, you help us sustain a living heritage that traces back two thousand years.

A portion of every sale funds programs that help Christian families remain on their ancestral land in Galilee, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Nazareth - sustaining a living Christian witness in the birthplace of Christianity.
We partner with Christian schools and youth organizations in the Galilee to provide scholarships, cultural programs, and vocational training that gives young Christians a future in the land of their forefathers.
Ancient churches across Galilee are in need of restoration. We contribute to preservation efforts for these irreplaceable houses of worship - some built on sites where the disciples once prayed.
Each order includes a handwritten letter and, in select packages, handcrafted items made by Christian artisans from the Holy Land — olive wood carvings, embroidery, and ceramics that carry their maker's faith and skill.
